MODISOLAR LLC Warranty and Service Terms

1. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase or installation. Damaged products will be replaced within 7 days.

2. Our company guarantees damages caused by defects in parts during the warranty period or defects in production standards.

3. Maintenance services and spare parts replacement during the warranty period are free of labor and spare parts fees. If the product is damaged due to production standard defects and cannot be replaced or repaired, the company is willing to replace it with a new product for the customer.

4. We do not guarantee any damage caused by force majeure, accidents, or intentional damage to the goods by anyone.

5. Any modification, replacement, refurbishment, etc. will immediately terminate the warranty.If the product is damaged and the buyer disassembles, replaces, repairs, and/or does not notify the repair, the warranty will be terminated.

Shipping Fee

If the product is still under warranty and damaged due to production standard defects, no shipping, spare parts, or service fees will be charged.
